What is AETHERA?
AETHERA is a Moroccan 3D printing brand creating modern pieces for desks, rooms, gaming setups, car lovers, collectors, and custom projects.
Are your products 3D printed?
Yes. Our products are made using 3D printing technology. Each piece is created with attention to shape, color, and finish.
Are 3D printed products perfect?
3D printed products may have small visible layer lines or minor surface marks. This is normal in 3D printing and usually does not affect the function or quality of the product.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available. You pay when your order arrives at your address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days for major cities and 4–10 business days for other cities. Some remote areas may take longer.
Do you deliver across Morocco?
Yes, we deliver to many cities across Morocco. Delivery time and fees may depend on your location.
Can I request a custom 3D print?
Yes. Custom print requests will be available through our Custom Prints page. You will be able to request a personalized product or send a project idea.
Can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Contact us within 12 hours with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and suggest the best solution.
