Since our products are 3D printed, small layer lines, tiny surface marks, or slight finish differences may appear. This is normal in 3D printing.

Orders

When placing an order, please make sure your name, phone number, address, and product details are correct before confirming.

Order Confirmation

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email to confirm your order before preparing or shipping it.

Prices

Prices are shown on the website. AETHERA may update prices at any time, but confirmed orders keep the price shown at the time of purchase.

Payment

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. Cash on delivery may be available depending on the order and delivery location.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your city, the delivery company, holidays, and unexpected delays.

AETHERA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, delivery company issues, or situations outside our control.

Returns

Returns are handled according to our Return Policy. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order if there is a problem.

Custom Products

Custom-made or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless there is a clear production defect or order mistake from our side.
